Am I missing something glaring? ![]() If I could push a side button on my phone and automatically add a voice to text task/note in my inbox that would be pretty sweet. My only complaint is that I haven’t figured out an easy way to use a voice assistant on my iPhone to just record tasks to my inbox on the go, but I can easily have Siri open the app. Granted, Google now knows more about you than any friend, partner or relative you’ve ever met, but I got over that years ago. I just logged in to a chrome browser in the business center of a hotel in Bali, Indonesia today.Īll for free, and no nuisance free-mium hiding of key features. Use it on any device - Mac/PC/IOS/Android/Tablet. One can create multiple accounts for personal, work or general research use. If I wanted to get granular, I could use Google Reminders as well for one-off time based items, but Tasks can pop-up for notifications as well so I find it redundant. This helps to kickstart my mind to think of associated tasks as part of the review. Using Google Keep for larger strategic goals and projects that I can pin. Can then Time Block my work by grouping like tasks together. I’m able to save, drag and drop on direct to my Google calendar. I use the TaskBoard chrome extension to review everything and update from a high level. I find the app very flexible to create custom columns to drag, drop or complete items. I see tons of other apps and try them but they are always missing some degree of key integration or it’s behind a subscription wall. I don’t know why I don’t see Google Tasks not brought up here as often. ![]()
